I need your opinion on wheels!

I just bought some 35x12.5x17 tires through my work, we were having a deal. I'm wondering what theme I should go with. Keep the fully black bumper, add some fogs and go with black wheels. Or pick up a clean chrome bumper from the local junkyard and get some polished wheels... I'm really torn. It has stock wheels painted black right now and I don't think it has enough "pop" but I like the way swagga truck looks.. pics below

Well I admit I am an odd duck right up front but I love the contrast of the dark and white could be black or even dark charcoal colors against white with dark tint windows. The polished look to me is for like reds, blues, blacks, and the such although I like charcoal and black and black on black too, stealthy. So to me do black and bonus is black wont require polishing to keep looking good.
