interior fuse box

only because i'm lazy and haven't stuck my head under the dash everywhere yet (it's still winter-ish here and the mats are dirty), does anyone know where the interior fuse panel is at? The manual is very non-specific, something along the line of "under the dash" and "might have to remove a panel"

Passenger side, footwell, by the door. I hard wired a laser detector by tapping off a fuse in there.
