bedrck- thanks for the info. It's a weird style I've never seen before in automotive lights so maybe i can find a overhead console from a different expy with the normal style plugs or Ill take a look at the chevy ones you mentioned.

bcmaxx- you have a first gen and converted your map lights to led?

I don't have a problem finding the bulbs, they're just not the right ones for the weird design of the map lights.

Thanks for the link. Those look right but Ill pull a bulb sometime soon and compare. Those look like they should accept the normal 194 style bulbs I got but still contact the brass ring.

Side note one of my little metal rings is falling apart. Are those easily replaced?
