Larger Throttle Body

I was wondering if anyone out there has upgraded their throttle body. If so, how'd you like it and what kind did you get. Also, has anyone gone ahead and ported out the TB elbow after they got the TB to match it and get more added flow. I was thinking of getting the MAC TB and porting out my elbow but I wasn't sure if it was worth the time/money that I was going to be putting out to do it.

I put a MAC throttle body on mine, 75mm If I remember right. Made the response a lot quicker, more fun to drive afterwards.
