I want to put lights on my roof rack. How did you run the wires after drilling the holes for the lights? ( Factory Roof Rack)

I would use a marine style waterproof bulkhead fitting.
Something like this. ANCOR MARINE Through-Deck Wire Seal at West Marine
And then run the wires through the headliner trim and down through the firewall to the engine compartment to a relay.
Don't try to shortcut things by running the wires through the doors or around weatherstripping. Bite the bullet and drill a hole in the roof for the bulkhead fitting.

Just wondering if you have completed the lights? I am also going to be putting lights on my stock roof rack this weekend. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
