Looking for a part name - Behind tire

Im looking for a part name its a simple rubber piece that sits between what i guess is the suspension and a washer. I am trying to find it online and cannot find the name - it is completely missing. Posted is a picture with it circled. thanks!

Yes, and when you buy new shocks, you get new bushings, which looks like you might be in need of

Looks like you've got shock work, and Exaust work to deal with. You might want to do a head to toe inspection to be sure your vehicle is safe to drive. You might want to have a shop do your initial inspection, as you've stated your new to mechanic work. We want you to be around awhile.
