Hey, found this forum while searching for solutions to catalytic converter and o2 sensor issues. Have 2 Expeditions, love them. One is the 97 Eddie Bauer 4wd, and the second is 99 2wd which is actually my wife's. Currently have the 4.6 out of the 99 for a full rebuild after spinning a rod bearing. It's sitting in my shop right now waiting for cooler weather. 97 has a little over 300,000 miles on it running the 5.4.
