On the Sequoia I had before this, and what I plan on doing to the Expedition soon, I used EBC slotted rotors and EBC green pads. There was a noticable increase in braking performance. You can find them pretty reasonable at lots of online stores. Seems like It was around $400 for all 4 corners.
