OBD II port issue

[Fubar]

in my owners manual the i was told to replace fuse 3, 5. both are mini 25A.

I downloaded the owners manual for the 98 - 1st printing.
The only entry for the dlc is in the passenger compartment fuse panel, location 12 rated at 5amp.

I will check that fuse out tomorrow, thanks
