What's up everybody! Doing an Oil change on my 1998 Ford Expedition 5.4 just wanted to see what oils you guys recommend and any tips on what else to replace/clean while doing the oil change

I use Penzoil Platinum 5w30 in all of my vehicles. Blackstone lab analysis has always shown this to be a great choice.
I usually waste a 1/4 to 1/2 quart doing a pour through after the old oil is drained to try to remove any residual junk at the bottom of the pan.

What's wrong with it? I've used it plenty of times with no problem.
EDIT: currently running 5w20 motocraft synthetic blend with a motocraft filter. everything is doing fine but she did start burning more oil after the switch it seems.
