Overheating Making me crazy!!

How did the plugs look when you took them out? How did you clean them, wire brush or spark plug cleaner. Kinda weird how the roughness started after blue devil sealer. I've never been a fan of any of the so called fixers in a can. Over my 45 years of messing with cars and trucks. I've seen leaks stopped or slowed but usually at the cost of plugged up cooling systems. The code for the o2 sensor is the only one so far? Keep us posted what you find. The 5.4/4.6 motors don't take much to make them misbehave.

You didn't check the oil for coolant contamination. Try this: on a hot engine, get a sample of oil from the dipstick and put a drop on the hot exhaust manifold. If the oil sizzles, then you found your problem.
