packing the axle bearings

I'm going to try and re-pack the bearing in my 00 expo cuz its screaming , then I'm putting those 4.88 gears in the truck. My question is has anyone domne this yet and did it take all weekend? or will I still be able to get some mud time in before work on monday? And the real question are these the right gears ?

There are repacking tools you can find at any parts store. It's also fairly easy to do it by hand.
