passenger side downstream sensor plug access

Well I thought the bolt to the top of the starter was fun, now I'm trying to unplug the electrical connection to the downstream passenger side oxygen sensor. All of this is to change a passenger side exhaust manifold gasket, miss my 300 six. Watched several video's were they had enough room to climb up in there and walk around the plug before unplugging it. Ain't gonna happen on my expedition. How in the world are you supposed to get to it? it's on top of the tranny with very little slack. Someone at Ford should be forced to work on these. Any tricks? Thanks in advance. A word of advice don't do this yourself. Pay somebody! Mines too far apart to take to anyone.
