Having my lowers replaced today, and while it is in having some Daystar coil spacers installed. Bought my lowers from expysource, which we all know are PMT's. the pic of the expy is the "before" pic

my lowers were WAY worse than i thought..rusted through. Will post pics after the weekend.

Looks like I have to do my 97 too. As I have read you have to cut the bolt by the gas tank so a replacement is needed. What size is that bolt? Grade?

Near as can I find, the bolts for my 97 are 14mm X 4" Grade 10.9. Should be fun finding them! Corrections welcome. I just ordered the $145 ones from EBay.

holy cow! i live super close to the beach and mine rnt even that bad. once i get some money im gonna have my buddy make some for me.

Once the coating flakes off the New England winter road treatment destroys these things. My uppers are brutal too, and the track bar. I need to get those done soon..also i have tons of other rust starting on the wheel wells, bottom of doors, and various other nooks and crannies.

Just replaced the uppers with expysource parts. Also did the track bar, front left wheel bearing hub, all 4 shocks and a brake line. Back on the road!
