leave the keyfob in the vehicle next time.
This is generally due to water hitting the door lock sensor, causing the mirrors to auto-fold (if you have fold on lock enabled anyways)
also warning about the hatch (rear door) sensor and car washes. if a fob is near the rear, it can trigger the auto-open while you are in carwash.
