Power Fold Mirror Issue

2010 Expedition EL Limited

One side folds perfectly but the other side nothing. When I manually move it in it snaps a bit in place but will not fold out when I resync it 4 times as it notes in the manual.

Has anyone had bad gears, motors, etc for this issue?

Thanks Andy, that post notes about new parts available but I wanted to see if anyone had similar issue before I take it apart. I need to find out how to get to the parts to see what is broken and avoid breaking anything.

Most with the issue have been able to correct it by dicking with them for a while then re-syncing if it doesn't work by doing it normally.
