Radiator and Transmission Cooler

I'm looking to upgrade my radiator and transmission cooler... any recommendations? I have the standard issue, non-towing package ones now.

I found a part #5L3Z8005BB that I think is the OEM super-cooling radiator but I'm not sure. I guess I will check with the dealer.

Does anyone know if the stock, non-super-cooling radiator is 1-row or 2-row?
