My 2000 expo drivers side rear window switch trim has broken tabs.
It doesnt snap into the arm rest anymore. I was gonna just dab a little silicone on it, but before I did that I figured I would find one online.
Well I've had no success at all. Its a single switch rear window control.
Any ideas?

I had a couple broken tabs on my front Window controls so that it sat in its location, but nothing holding it and wires alone would kinda push up on it. I used a tiny piece of 3M double sided tape that had maybe 1/32 of an inch "padding" in it.. No one can tell now :p

Check junkyards in your area. They often stock parts like that for really cheap. I picked up a window switch for the front for around $20.
