How many catalytic converter in an Expy ED 2003 5.4 that requires replacing and how often?
is there any other items need to be replaced whenever you replace the Catalytic?

Boieng welcome to the forum, I can tell you are completely clueless as to what you're even attempting to ask, the better question is what brings you here? You must be having an issue and are seeking advice on how to go about it Without spending an arm and a leg as some shop told you regarding your catalytic converter and those things aren't cheap

Unless you have a loss of power, or an extreme sulfur smell, your probably ok. Convertors installed by a shop, can run as much as $600,00 each. Their are multiple member articles on this forum on how to test them,

it appears that the previous owner had some issues with the performance, either he didn't find the replacing item and or didn't want to pay the price, he took the car to a shop or done himself like what you see in the photo attached, cut, take away the honeycomb, re-weld the metal. now the car performance has no issues,but the sound is loud, the operation been done for the two front catalytic converters
