Anyone try to replace the stock DVD player with an aftermarket one?

My problem is playing burned DVDs. Sometimes the stock one will play them, most of the time, it won't and it comes up as disc error.

I copy the kid's DVDs because the originals tend to get beat up alot. I figure, it's better to copy the originals and use the copies and the kids can beat them up all they want.

Anyhow, anyone know of a replacement aftermarket replacement DVD player.

I would still maintain the original stock screen (though you don't have to twist my arm if I'm forced to go with a larger aftermarket screen).
