Shocks or struts

I need to replace my shock/struts on both front and back....well the back is way worse! I just wanted to confirm what I need to replace? Is it both shocks front and back. Is anyone able to help me and point me to the right part for the front?? It's a Ford Expedition 2020 Max. Thanks

It is struts all around. RockAuto has options for replacements. Bilstein 5100 are highly regarded, but are stiffer. I went with KYB on the rear and have no complaints.
