There are no noises in the truck during driving. I won't put up with that. I do all of my own work and when I hear a noise it drives me nuts so it gets handled quickly. When I get a chance to check it out I will post my results here

Try to measure and compare the wheelbase on both sides and check for the presence of a thrust angle, and/or measure individual rear toe. Correct by realigning the rear axle or rear toe, or by performing a thrust angle alignment.
