Stereo displays "no CD"

The 6-CD player began to not play CD, the message on the Stereo is "no CD". When you press the eject button, takes time to come out the 6-CD holder.

When I was installing, people always brought them in to have them looked at. A couple of quick questions:

-Did the CD's previously work or are the CD-R's?

-Does it have a "reset" button?

Oh yeah, and if you have to replace it, go with an aftermarket. They tend to have less problems!

I do not know if It has a reset button, I also eared about it but I can not find it !!. I'll try to do something during the weekend and if it does not work, I'll probably change it with and aftermarket one.
