Looks to me as the bushings were the wrong size, our universal bushings, and pushed right thru the swaybar. And I have never seen a elongated bushing like that, usually they are round and 1/2" to 3/4" thick, not tall like that one you are showing.

It was a normal bushing put in went to get an alignment and the guy said I needed a end link. I pulled this out.
