HI . Two friends have a problem with the car's gearbox and Torque Converter , one with its warranty, the other without the agency's warranty. They said we have to replace the parts in gearbox Torque Converter The repair costs $6,000. Does the problem have a call from the agency? I renewed the extra warranty to avoid paying. When driving and stuck in 7th gear then it will shift normal... Expedition 2018/2019
