torsion crank

Is it possible to crank the torsion bar to give my Exp some lift in the front on a 99 2wd Exp.......if so how is it done?....could somedbody let me know

i am going to put new keys on mine when i feel like cutting the torsion bars our however i got 2.5" from cracking the stock keys all the up... if you follow the torsion bars back to the cross member you will see the keys and a bolt one for each side... tighten the bolt up with the front end jacked up and tires off the ground 4-5 turns equals about an inch of lift hope this helps you out
