I've got metal 2 inch spacers on mine. You can see them in this pic. It's the silver shiny thing there under the exhaust pipe and hitch. Not the best pic, but you get the idea. I'll try to find a better up close picture for you.
Same thing as dgray's only metal instead of poly.

The stock shocks don't need to be replaced but they will wear out faster (if you have the original shocks still then they might already be worn out)
