I'm thinking of changing wheels and like the look of factory 18" Lightning rims off the 2004 model. I believe the stock tire size was 295/45-18. Will they fit an 03 expedition and does anyone have a pic of what it looks like?

No. Any Lightning rim from 1999-2004 is going to be a 5-lug. Since you have a 2003 Expy, you will have a 6-lug rim.

Oh I didn't realize I was 6 lug. It's been a few months since I had them off and I didn't make a mental note last time. The rims that were on my truck when I got it were stock 18" F150 rims, and they were the same pattern. I originally got rid of them because I wanted the factory Eddie Bauer look (since it's an EB edition). But now I've got plans on a few upgrades on the truck which include a Procharger 450HP setup, a cowl hood, a stainless mesh grill, and some kind of rims that aren't too crazy, something really nice but still within range of what the factory might offer. I'm planning on about a 1 1/2 to 2" drop and stiffer sway bars also to help it handle a little bit better than a dump truck. The handling just doesn't exist right now, at 5,600 LBS with soft old worn out springs and sway bars... It's bordering "unsafe" at this point. An upgrade would be great.

if you want stiffer sway bars, smoothride has a thread somewhere on here thats shows his front and rear sway bars. he says it helped a lot. then he lifted his expo and it still handles better then mine. haha

The 22" 2006-2011 F150 Harley rims are pretty nice. Different years had different trim colors or new designs. 2006-07 are more understated, then they went a little bolder starting in 2008.
