Window Thumping noise

Hi i was wondering if any of you guys/gals have run into this noise. My truck has been sitting for two weeks while waiting for the seats to get done then i hope in it put the window down and makes this noise.

sounds to me as if the window track is trying to jump. look closely at the back edge of the window when is moving down, could be that the glue that holds the glass in teh track is coming loose and that binds the mechanism, mine was doing that and i fix it by pulling the glass of the trackcleaning with alcohol, removing the old glue and regrluing with hot glue gun.

i ran into that right b4 the teeth on the regulator or motor started to go. then again it could have just been them going away. that is a weird noise though.
