Wiper/Indicator/High beam switch issue

I have a 2017. After about 2 months of owning it(bought used), the wipers started messing up: ie, staying on when the knob was turned off. Googled it and came to the conclusion that it’s a common issue and it was the wiper/indicator switch. Husband ordered a new switch and replaced it. The wiper issue was partially fixed. They no longer stayed on when the switch was off, but now they don’t come on at all until I turn it to the 4th tick mark and I’ve only got 2 speeds: constant and fast af. And now the high beams don’t turn on at all wether I pull or push the switch. We thought we got a faulty switch so we ordered another one and he just replaced it and the same issues…no high beams and only 2 wiper speeds. We checked all fuses and relays associated with that switch. What else could it be??
