Hi all,

I'm a newbie out here, hoping to pick up some mpg upgrade ideas for my Dad's '05 Expedition. It's a 4WD XLT 4-door, 5.4l Triton V8.

intake, exhaust, and tuning upgrades will definitely help....

I'm a fan of the throttle body spacer, you will get mixed reviews of it though. I saw a mpg increase after i added it, so in my book it's worth it....and i think it sounds really cool!
