Im wondering how the Expedition gen 3 cope with hard winters.
Can the optional rear climate system provide enough heat? With the lines going outside beneath the frame?
Here in Sweden, in my area, the temperature is often down to 5 ºF can fall to -4 ºF and even lower shorter periods.
Real life experience with expys in COLD weather is appreciated :)

(We have often a lot of snow and/or icy roads, but I'm confident that the 4w will handle that without any problem with studded Hakkapeliitta tires)

my fords have no issues at -30F! we can spend weeks on end below -10 for a high temp.

-5F is nothing...like a walk in the park.

use your block heater if you have one, i park mine in the garage most of the time.

Good to hear... -30F is very rare at my latitude, you have to move up to the northern parts of sweden for these temps!
And yes... I have a block heater. Fortunately, the previous owner had that and the optional heated front seats option when he bought it new in californa :)

I look forward to a cold winter again...

Edit: i found a record from 1966 -62.14 F in a small village in the nothern parts, i hope I NEVER EVER experience anything close to that...
