My question is how are yall getting the door handles off to dip or paint? Im starting to hate the chrome more each day...

You don't. You just tape off around the bezel and paint. Then you just peel around the area. But I advise you NOT to do it. Within one day the dip started lifting bc it's where you are placing you're fingers to pull.

Interesting choice of blowers, I went with the whipple for the simple fact this tows the race car. I'll be watching your build to see how your numbers turn out.

I don't tow anything. As a mater of fact I'm considering removing the spare and hitch and running center pipes out of that opening for the hitch. Somewhere along the lines of a Saleen s351.

But I'll be honest, if I would've found a deal on a whipped or roush I would've jumped on it.

Sol, just a word off warning, once the hitch is removed there is NOTHING protecting the rear in a collision. The 1st gens had a steel bumper with a seperate hitch but the newer ones the hitch IS the bumper. Also, there will be nothing connecting the two frame rails together and nothing holding up the rear plastic bumper causing it to sag in the middle.

He could remove the 2" square portion but not the bumper which is what I was thinking he was going to do.

Any alternatives to this? I've been peeling more of the chrome on the handles as they do poke my hands.

Any info on the headers? I have offered Kooks and Stainless specialties my 07 for a test mule and they weren't interested....I figure one of the F150 sets must fit, the expy is essentially an F-150 with a continuous cab and IRS....
