New Expy owner here in nc

Just bought my first expedition, had a 98 explorer, now have a 98 expedition. It has 78k miles on it, xlt trim, 4wd. Looking to learn about these trucks and common mods to them.

I love driving the Miata, it was being built to race in spec m, but a divorce took care of my racing funds. Now it's just a toy that gets driven like it's stolen. It has suspension, tires/wheels, as brake/clutch lines, performance friction brakes, new Mazda oem motor. Im amazed the x didn't go after the car. There is more money in the car than there was in the bank account!


Is there a preferred fluid for the t-case? This is my first 4wd vehicle. When I chsnged out bearings in the diff of my 2wd exploder, it was a 75/140 synthetic plus a little bottle of gold from ford. I'm guessing it's the same in the expy's? Should I worry about it yet since my expy only has 78k miles on it?
