Roof makes popping noise while driving on freeway with windows down?

Hey guys, I know it sounds weird, But my roof makes a popping noise when i drive at high speeds with my windows slightly down. Have any of you guys experienced this? I feel like the weatherstripping is perhaps damaged and making an air pocket so when i drive it pops the roof of my Expy in and out? When i washed my car the other day, i noticed the roof part is very flimsy and if you just lay your hand on it, it caves in easily? Is there something wrong with my Expy, have anybody experienced this yet?

Mine did the same thing and when i looked at my roof there was a large dent in the center of it the was making it pop. The dent was from my son walking on it. I had to pull my headliner and push it out. The dent wasn't evry noticable from the outside..

Is there a fix, can i buy new rails and install them or are you talking about the roof rack rails? Im sorry but can you tell me more? Also is this a normal thing or is there a specific reason this happens? It really bothers me when i drive.
