Whatever a local shop is going to charge? That's kind of a tough question as labor rates will vary from place to place and where you live.

I'd plan on a couple hundred or so. It's not an extremely difficult job, provided you have tools and a place to do it. It does take a little while though.

And, you will discover some new curse words along the way.

I did it myself but asked out of curiosity from the off road shop where I bought my Bilsteins.
They wanted $160 for rear installation.

With $100 labor rates you are probably looking $200.
We’re $60-$70 and hour here.

To the OP:

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited it all depends in the area and shop you take it to. I purchased a pair of rear full assembly Moog struts for $184.00 each off Amazon and just labor alone $185.00.

Struts: $368.00 pair
Labor: $185.00
Total: $553.00

Why not do it yourself? Autozone or O'riley (I cant remember which) lent me a strut spring compressor (costs nothing as they have a zero rental tool deal), I just needed a trolley jack to jack up the rear wheel, removed the rear wheel, unbolted the strut, compressed the spring and moved it over to my new bilstein strut and refitted the new strut, took about 30 minutes per strut. Its surprisingly easy to do.
