Can I install a third row seat?

I'm researching installing the 3rd row seat in an 04 Expedition. Here's the situation:
I bought a former fire department SSV which came without the 3rd row, so I don't even know what is supposed to be there. I found a used one on ebay, but they don't offer the mounting hardware. I have to mount my new grandkid's baby seats back there this christmas. AutoZone couldn't be bothered to look up the bolts; I'm waiting to hear back from the Ford dealership.
I appreciate the pictures, but I don't know enough about this to understand what the finger is pointing at.
What bolts, etc., do i need to mount the left side of the 3rd row seat (https://www.ebay.com/itm/282787415224) , and where can i get them?

Bolts come in many grades and many different strengths. Again, seats and seatbelt hardware attachment is SAFETY CRITICAL. You should use only Ford OEM factory screws, bolts, and hardware and follow factory guidelines when tightening screws and bolts.

I strongly recommend you get the needed bolts only from a Ford dealer. It will cost a bit more but you will be sure to get a correct parts.

I am trying the dealership. I asked them yesterday; i’m waiting on an answer from them.
Having said that, i’ve rarely considered the manufacturer as a sole source of anything; sometimes not even the best source. I research options then decide, as i am doing here. In this case the hard part is determining the correct bolts, etc. Hence the dealership. One of our members here posted very helpful diagrams from the OEM manual, but never identified which generation they apply to, so they are not as helpful as they could be.

Do you have the harness pigtail to plug into?

I yanked and tossed most of the rear seats in my 2003 Expy years ago. Kept bolts because I like having bolts in stock. I don't really need them. They are very specific not just Bolts.



Seat removal made the Expy a lot lighter, which is nice.
Its like a big V8 4WD minivan with decent ground clearance now.
Great for hauling crap.

The rear seats are powered on my 2003. A pigtail runs to each seat.
There is also a set of switches by tailgate on the side panel.

Do you have seat belts back there? Probably not, that's an issue … right?
If you install motorized seats without the power and controls, they will be fixed.
That could be an issue too.

oops, sorry - i see i never updated this.
I got the seats installed, but no power connected, in time for the holidays, which was the whole point - children with new grandkids inbound and needed seating for 6, including two baby seats.
I got everything I needed from an 04 EB, including seat belts, then found the seat belts were already in mine, behind the trim panels. without power, the seats are in the open, up, position, but I can live with that. as soon as i find a wiring diagram for this beast, I'll take care of the power problem.
