I'm looking to replace my stock low beam halogen on my 2019 XLT with LED bulbs and looking at the Alla Lighting FL-BH 9005 HB3 (it's in a red color housing - they have several models so it's confusing). Does anyone have these and can you tell me if you like them and how did it fit (one reviewer on their website says the tabs were a little small).

Also, would take suggestions for other brands.

Thank you!

I have these bulbs and they worked great. Super bright.

Replaced low, high and the dogs with Alla bulbs. I posted a pic in another thread.

Any issues with flickering or daytime running lights?

Been flawless. I leave the switch in the auto light position. Works as it should.

I have bambi mode enabled and when I engage the brights it is like the sun is out.

The lows alone are SO much brighter than stock halogens. Installed and no adjustment has been needed as the beam pattern was spot on. Never been flashed, etc... They have a YouTube video if you search for Expedition and Alla install or something of the sort.

The fogs I use to run at the same time as the lows at night. Not anymore as I would blind other drivers and no need with how bright the lows are.

I have Alla fogs, but Hikari low beams. Both are very good and bright. I’m thinking of changing to Alla switchback bulbs for the turn signals.

Here is my order for those interested in the actual part number from ALLA. Will post my results after installation.

Super nice. I ended up cancelling my order because I wanted to do a bit more research.

Any nighttime pics?

Do you only have the lows on in that first pic with the garage door? The beam seems to be hitting super high. Driveway angled or anything like that?

I have the same bulbs and mine did not hit so high. Mine were barely higher than stock beam hight.

If hitting so high I would suspect you are going to be blinding other drivers. Install had the LEDs facing left and right correct and not angled or up and down?

1st pic = lows. My driveway is 8% grade up to the garage (see last pic).

Yes I installed the lows/highs straight (diodes on left/right). I also adjusted the beam angles via the adjustment screw under the hood. Driverside only need a small turn/adjustment.
