Preferred a replacement wiper arm after my old one lost the cap and I decided to just replace it in full. Took the nut off and the arm is still stuck. Anyone have this issue? I’ve sprayed it with PB Blaster and gonna let it soak for the night but cannot get it to pull off like it should.

I put a replacement on mine as the wiper blades for the stock versions are hard to find. I didn't get it quite horizontal, so a few days later I took it off. Even brand new, it was still stuck on pretty good. I used a large flat blade screwdriver and gently pried on it, one side, then the other, and worked it off for realignment.

Just be careful, probably be easy to overdo it and bust the glass..

Yeah, that's the thread that got me to swap mine. Especially as how the blade was bad on mine and couldn't walk into the store and buy a replacement.
I read the thread, jumped on amazon, and 4 days later put the new on one. No regrets.

After nut is removed, Grab it with some vice grips and wiggle it, will come right off. Have replaced mine twice, easy peasy. Do NOT PLY AGAINST GLASS unless you wish to purchase new glass.

I did a similar process: actually broke the plastic arm of the old wiper so it was out of the way, and then grabbed the base of the old arm with pliers and pulled it straight out.
