21 Will not remove phone?

Hello. We have a 2021 and the vehicle will not connect to any phone and won't allow the phones to be forgotten. It was connecting and playing music through the phone when we stopped for gas, and now nothing. Any suggestions?

Did you reboot Sync? Press and hold the Radio Power button and the Next Track button, until the screen goes black.

Got it to connect by disconnecting the Negative battery terminal, leaving it off for a few and then reconnecting it. Guess it was a glitch in the matrix...?

If had one glitch very early on (if I was patient, it’d probably fix itself) but this fixed it for me.

Software programming skills are on the decline, so I expect a rise in these kind of issues over the coming years (windows 3.1 anybody? Just turn it off and on, again).

The reboot I mentioned would have probably resulted in the same fix without all that trouble. It needed a reboot.
