Interesting, my confirmed order was 11/2 and build date was this week, Limited Max, Stealth app, heavy duty tow and Sync 4. I am not in production yet!! @wannabeMtb you cut in line bro!!

Just checked mine but no window sticker. It does list configuration however. Two things in configuration concern me. 1) Shows it has Sync 4a and Sync 4. Sync 4a is the 15” screen and digital dash. Sync 4 is the 12”. Which will I actually get? 2) I ordered CCD but it doesn’t show up anywhere in the configuration. Should I be concerned? There is also something I don’t recognize, “Suspension Road Preview.“ Any clue what this is?… Thanks!

Did you add the Sync4a package? I.e, the 15" screen? What does your preview image look like in your order tracker?

I don't remember specifically ordering CCD. And dash is Sync 4 (12in)

A few days ago I was able to access the tracking for my expedition. Now when I enter my order number and VIN, it loads and takes me back to the page where I enter my order number and VIN into. No error message or anything, just like it won’t work for some reason.

What was the status message when you checked a few days back ? I am wondering whether mine will also disappear into the netherworld after a few days of being tantalizingly close

Mine showed it just showed ordered and a production date had been scheduled (originally 3/7, now 3/21).

I kept getting an invalid VIN for months then only recently able track the progress. Then today, experience same as you.

I just checked again and now it’s working. Probably just a glitch in their system. Still don’t have a window sticker for my expedition unfortunately. Just hope they don’t keep pushing my production date back anymore than they have but it’ll be best if I just get used to it more than likely.
