I have a 2019 Expy XLT 4WD with about 77k miles and looking to replace the spark plugs. Looking for spark plug brands and models you all would recommend.

Did you measure those gaps??I changed my original plugs at 65k miles, and they still looked nearly new, no erosion at all.

I used NGK 90495 LTR6BHX Ruthenium HX
I feel like I was ripped off. Just paid $7.37 for the same boots at RockAuto about a week ago.Just did my plugs and boots Tuesday.
NGK Ruthenium’s that I got off Rock Auto. #90495. $8.70/ea
Motorcraft Ignition Coil Boot - WR6151. $7.36/ea
They were all pre gapped and even across the board - 0.032". I had used these in my previous Expedition and ran great & smooth. I’m only at 25k miles, but the truck is six years old now, plus I bought used so I’m trying to establish baseline for maintenance items.

Less chance of getting a stuck one or 2 or??Hi fellow Expys! The owner's manual for my 2019 Limited recommends spark change at 100,000 miles. Why are we changing our plugs so early?
From what I’ve seen, guys running a tune are seeing higher wear. Mine on a stock tune had zero wear at 30k. Zilch.Hi fellow Expys! The owner's manual for my 2019 Limited recommends spark change at 100,000 miles. Why are we changing our plugs so early?
Because they fail before Ford's recommended mileage. Why are we changing our plugs so early?
