Sub and Amp Swap GRRRRR!!!!
Well I figured out today that the amp and subs are fine. My problem now lies in connecting the factory head unit to the amp. I'm not sure what wire is what and goes where. Keep in mind I have an 01 expedition.- 01EBExp

I have not checked that yet. How about you send me what you have found to be the color coding for the wires to the sub. What should be enough? The 5v or the jumper wire?- 01EBExp

I do not. I have a jumper going from the 12v power in to the signal input on the amp. The factory signal wire is only 5v and won't turn on my amp.- 01EBExp

I have a 2001 eddie Bauer expedition. I have removed the factory enclosure and amp for the sub. I bought a hi-lo converter and wired the positives to the positives and negatives to negatives. I am using the factory battery wire that was running the factory amp as well as the factory ground...- 01EBExp
