Stick with the Billet upper control arms. The tubular control arms don’t have the same range of adjustments. I learned the hard way and had to replace the steering rack.
I’m getting an occasional kind of a zip or buzzing sound with a momentary loss of power when driving at a moderate speed and light acceleration.
It has done this very intermittently for a few years but noticed it occurring more often lately. It seems to be coming from somewhere behind me. Also...
I'm just replacing the ICON tubular upper control arm with the billet style. That's really the better way to go due to the Billet model's extra adjustments as compare to the tubular which is fixed.
I'm pretty sure my issues had more to do with bad/inconsistent front end alignment. Correct...

I'm not having any issues...
I had the dealership finally change it out for $450 labor. I supplied the part.
Local independent mechanic had quoted me $1400, which he said included replacing the passenger side valve cover.
Not sure why the dealership was cheaper if removing the valve cover is the specified Ford...
What is the correct tire rotation pattern for my 2015 Exp?
This question came up when I started to feel cupping after a front <> back cross over rotation. I didn't notice any cupping prior to that. The mechanic suggested that it's because they haven't been getting rotated correctly (not...
