It's funny because those were some of my first thoughts as well. I've tapped around every nook and cranny and can't replicate anything close to it. I tried the same thing as well with a little power brake to generate some load and still nothing. The quest continues... I stumbled across this...- ads245

Brought my Expedition into the second dealer. They indicated something is definitely not right but aren't quite sure yet what the issue is. Captured the sound with my GoPro by putting it in the engine compartment.- ads245

@MyExpedition2016 exactly when mine does it. The fact that yours does what seems to be the same thing with 3.73s nullifies the dealer telling me it’s because I have taller rear end gears. @Trainmaster Fluid level is good.
