Did you reset the battery sensor after installing the new battery? If not, it still thinks it is the old battery in there. Here is the procedure for a '22 (likely same for other years):
Battery Sensor Reset
When you install a new battery, reset the
battery sensor by doing the following:

You can also lock out 9th and 10th gears. This helps by preventing the turbos from kicking on too early (raises engine RPMs instead). As you know once those turbos spool up there goes the mileage.
Though like the others said above, it is hard to overcome aerodynamics. Speed also makes a big...
Back on post #40, I looked into the part numbers from a pre-refresh and 2022 and they are the same. So based on that no it isn't a smaller new part. So it is either a factory install issue or a new part supplier IMO.
You can find the order guide over on the Blue Oval forums. Google search will pick it up. You just need to sign up for an account. Don't need to speak with a dealer at all!

It also looks like you can get the 360...

Recalls are for safety issues, this isn't considered one unfortunately. This is a production line install issue (not enough gap). My guess is someone new on the line was installing it wrong for a while.
I believe I read on here the gauges changing is (or was) a known software glitch on the fully digital driver's display as others saw it too. It doesn't do that on mine which is the older analog and digital display. If you haven't searched you might want to try that.
No offense but you are incorrect in this case. I use lane centering all the time on my 22 and it keeps you in the center of the lane even around curves as long as it can see the lane markings on each side. Now there are limits and sharp curves are probably too much for it but I haven't...
You do not have BlueCruise on an XLT. That is lane centering assist. It will keep the vehicle in the center of the lane as long as it has resistance (your hands) on the wheel. There is also lane keep assist that you have where it nudges you away from the lines on the road if you get too close...
