Amp fuse/breaker
I don’t have a drawing. I put the breaker in between the battery and the amp. I used the red 8 gauge wire that came in the kit that was labeled for power. Does this help at all? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Bigswoosh

So I installed an amp and sub in my 97 XLT. I used one of those amp installation kits which had a 60A fuse. So I installed the fuse and after starting the engine several times.I noticed that the fuse was burned already when my amp didn’t turn on.
