    My '99 EB 5.4L doesn't have DRLs, and I haven't seen any that do have them. You may just have to turn your parking lights on to serve as DRLs and call it good. :confused:

    Lean mixture is caused by either too much air or not enough fuel. Occam's Razor suggests changing the fuel filter.

    The fuel pump on my '99 EB went out at about 250K miles. Total failure was preceded by symptoms identical to yours.

    I wanted to introduce myself and I have a couple questions about my 2000 Eddie Bauer

    Rear wiper likely needs a new motor; easy to fix. I suggest you change the fuel filter (if you've not done it already). Don't forget the A/C blend door actuator (that's a PITA; dash has to come out).

    I had the same issue with my rear window washer. The shop fixed it when I had the rear wiper motor replaced; their note: "washer hose was off, fixed it.":cool:

    No crank/no start after oil pressure light

    I had a similar condition with my '99 EB 5.4L. Bad oil pump; engine seized. (I dropped a reman in her.)

    You have to monkey around with the little levers on the seat. Swearing a lot helps, too. You'll get it to fold flat(-ish) after a bit. And then you'll forget how you did it. (Happens to me every year.):cool:
