An f150s suspension is about 1/2 an inch taller, so just factor that in, but basically everything in the front is interchangable. I'm running 5100s from an f150 in my Navi.
$3700 for an engine with all the accessories, wiring harness, pcm, intake... It was a lift out from a 2017 f250 with 50000 miles on it. I'm guessing another 1000 will need to be invested in the electronics. I'm going to do pretty much all of the work.
The lowers are just a super pain. Keep cranking. I just did my wife's, about to do mine once all the parts get in.
And make sure when you are putting the new one in, you are flat and flush. I made one look like a top hat.

I've been trying to encourage someone on Craiglist to do this and buy all my parts of my Expy that I converted to a Navigator. It looks good, but I would rather have an 07+ Navi front.
