I've been doing some research and got under my expy and a buddy's f-150 and they look identical. I also ordered some Bilstein 5100 for an f-150 to put on my expy, looks like it's going to be a perfect fit, but they still don't have interchangeable part numbers. It looks like F-150 struts may be about a half inch taller. Here's the specs for Rancho Quick lifts for both.

F150 rancho

Compressed Length: 17.190

Extended Length: 22.210

Travel Length: 5.020

Body Type: SS3

Expy

Compressed Length: 16.700

Extended Length: 21.710

Travel Length: 5.010

Body Type: SS3

Those numbers are only 1/2 inch. Not enough to worry about. Both vehicles are built on same chassis, so it should work, but till you dig in, you won't know.

Just posting findings. As soon as my spring compressor gets in, I'm going to do it. I haven't been one to shy away from experimentation with this truck.

Anything ever come of this? New to the expedition but looking at both suspension setups, I’m looking at the rancho quick lift struts since I had a good experience with them.
